Data Saves when a Profile is Edited but NOT during Account Creation?

When a user signs-up they go through the process just fine but no data is saving to Table Users when creating their account.
Yet, when users update their profile it works just fine.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

I'm also experiencing this, no word on a resolution?
