Block Save and Edit

indeed, when I was searching for something that did this "the easy way" without adding several bloated modules, I came across the block save & edit module.

It may be I need to contact the author, and figure out how to move forward as a merged project. This is useful in ANY situation, and done properly should eventually be patched into core.

On my node save & edit features, once the built in revision management integration is solved, I think it would be core ready.
