The primary menu ordering has been changed on scratch.drupal.org
And I think this is not the perfect way how it looks now. (the old one was better)

I would suggest the following ordering:

  • support
  • handbooks
  • forum
  • community
  • download
  • contribute
  • contact

This might be due a bug in the upgrade path. scratch.drupal.org is about three weeks old so this might have been fixed in newer versions of database/updates.inc. I'll import and upgrade a fresh copy by the end of next week to see if the problem persists.
