Issue Summary

Will there be settings to sync only certain vocabularies or certain nodes?

Deploy already does this.

Does deploy work both ways?

If I post a comment on one node on one site, and post another comment on the same node on another site, will the deploy module correctly put them together so that the node will have 2 comments on both sites?

Yes. I believe so.

Yes Deploy works both ways. Foreign Affairs magazine currently runs this setup (nodes are pushed forward from dev->live, and comments are pushed back from live->dev.) This requires a patch that is in the Services issue queue, details are on the front page of the Deploy project.

Deploy is definitely overlooked, I'll try it as soon as I can.
