Заметил странную особенность - фильтр не оборачивает ссылки на внешние сайты, если текст самой ссылки разбит на несколько строк.

Фильтр работает:

<a href="http://example.com">текст ссылки</a>

Фильтр не работает:

<a href="http://example.com">текст
<br/>
ссылки</a>
