position : absolute problem. with static page.

hi ..
i m creating static page in drupal.on page i m using javascript for div overflow scrolling. i have js file to do that. but while creating page div is having attribute of position :absolute. bcoz of that the content of that div is not on its required place.
i want to konw how i can use my existing javascript file and position absolute problem resolving.
currently i m including file directly in page only like below
