Can't see any content or images

Hi Everyone,

I was making changes to Meta tags section for home page today morning.
I just clicked on Setting tab and Boom....

Everything gone! NO content! No Images! Nothing!

I am not a Coder and couldn't understand why this happened (Without cliecking on any of the submit button)...
