Use drupal_get_title() instead of menu_get_active_title() for breadcrumb building.

menu_get_active_title() seems to give inconsistent results. I have over-ridden it in my sub-theme so it uses drupal_get_title() instead and am experiencing no issues. Unless there's a really good reason why it is the way it is, I'd suggest the same for core Zen. =)
