Hello,
I've installed and enabled (in "modules") the URLfilter, as I need URLs to be clickable links in my website. However, it's not working. I've looked through the forums and seen something about input filters, but I don't know what I should do differently. Can anyone help me?

Have you enabled the filter for at least one of the input formats that you are using? See administer->input_formats->configure

Then edit an existing node (eg a "page"), and make sure you use an input format that has the filter enabled.

Hi there, and thanks for responding.

Yes, filtered HTML is enabled, for everyone (admin, anon user, auth user). When users blog and write in URLs, those come up clickable - but the URLs in their profiles aren't clickable. Would it help if I enable PHP or HTML?

... did you *add* the new filter to the HTML input format?

Better to create a new input format & make the URL filter the only filter enabled for that format. I believe that multiple filters can interfere with each other.

Not sure why blog URLs would work while profile ones don't... are they set to use the *same* input format as each other?
