forms.inc issues a code warning just before you set the watermark options in the admin screen. That's why I called this a bug report. BUT the module is otherwise perfect - simple, fast, works great with IMCE. Thanks!

you'll see this problem was fixed in tuesday, but not yet "pushed" to module archive file, i don't know why is this.
Still waiting...
