PLEASE HELP! ASP.NET app needs to remain static

I need to have some apps of ASP.NET embedded in a static frame on my page. I tried iframe, but because my site is static, whenever I browse to another page from the navigation, the page reloads. I want it to keep the values (it's a tally system) and stay on top. Have tried docking it and using the Navigate bar. (If somehow we could implement in the module Navigate, it would be optimal).
