I just exported my help module, and when I activated it on the site, I received an error:
Error parsing ..../modules/adpc_sitehelp/help/adpc_sitehelp.help.ini on line 68.

It turns out that this line in the code was the following book title: "User Management (Admins Only!)". I took a guess that it didn't like the punctuation, edited the book title, re-exported, all is fine.

This is just a note so that if others run into the error, they can try a fix. It might be worth mention in the documentation, but I a not sure where.
