I was having the strangest issues where some nodes would not create because the site thought they already existed. Seems this table does not get cleaned properly upon hitting remove items. It only removes the latest entry.
Please let me know if you need any addition regarding this bug.

aron novakI tried to reproduce the issue, but I could not.
Can you take a look on {feedapi_node_item_feed} table? Do you see any leftover entries there also?

nicholas.alipaz commentedI went back and tried to do this again. I can't get the site to reproduce it. It was after I first installed feed mapper. Once I first installed feedmapper I was getting these symptoms. I cleared the 3 tables that seemed to be problematic then went about my business. Now I don't see it. Perhaps something to do with adding feedmapper to feedapi while existing nodes were already on the site?
Either way, it is fixed unless you guys are going to try to investigate it further.
