Hi,
Every time a user posts a forum topic or comment to one on my site, notifications are automatically sent to all registered users. This is how it should be. The problem is that the notification is often chopped off after the first paragraph. This smells to me like the doing of the teaser system.

Is it so?

and if so, then if I was to change the teaser length to "unlimited", would this solve the problem (I don't dare trying it out because all my users will be getting messages and my development site does not have an email system.

Hi,
I've changed the teaser length to unlimited but the next notification did not include anything other than the title and links.

Would very much appreciate if someone who has this working ok help me solve the problem: How to make notifications of forums including the full text of the forum topic (or comment).

I downloaded mail editor module (dev for D-6 but working well) and changed the !teaser in the mail template to !body. Now I have the whole forum post included in the notification. Hope someone else finds it useful.
