Some modules need other modules in order to work. SimpleTest Clone needs the SimpleTest module to work. Download, install, and activate it, then activate SimpleTest Clone.

Before you start playing with modules aimed at developers like these are, I highly recommend that you spend some time reading the available documentation. There's a link to it at the top of the page. If you aren't at a point where you understand what a module dependency or how to resolve it, dealing with SimpleTest may be a bit advanced at this stage.
