When I am creating a node which has the default value "read/write" permission of comment, sometimes it changes suddenly to read only or disabled even I do not select anything.

I wasn't able to reproduce it, but I've renamed the title appropriately, unassigned it from the original reporter and set it to the correct version. Hopefully someone else will be able to find it if they have a similar problem.
