I have installed this module. Could not make out how to use this. can some one help me.

Same here: visiting `admin/settings/stock` just shows a paragraph about the module, but no settings. The block has no settings, other than the standards provided by Drupal. The documentation is non-existant.
What a disappointment...

You might want to try installing the dev version. Seems to work for me on D6.13. (Previous [stable] version did not work, with the configuration page empty, as you've described.)
