I've made an attempt at updating the existing Workflow-ng code to use the Rules module for Drupal 6. I made minor changes to the existing code and added rules_invoke_event() at the appropriate places for these events: charged successfully, charge failed, fee expires, and fee canceled.

As much as I love Rules (and I really do), Ubercat works with conditional actions (which I really don't like :P)

- Better thing will be mapping CA to Rules (#336257: Rules integration)
