Just finished an audio geotagging community site sponsored by Corporation for Public Broadcasting and AIR. On the fly audio conversion with FFmpeg.

Drupal 6.12, gmap, location, date, views2, CCK, Quicktabs, SWFtools, Media Mover, FFmpeg Converter, Permissions lock, Taxonomy Redirect, Taxonomy manager, Google analytics, Mime Type, Tagadelic, Tracker 2, User login bar, Admin menu, jQuery, Favorite Nodes, Profile, Node import, user import, Taxonomy Permissions.

Extensive CSS (huge actually) and custom code modifications, mostly JS for player and the interaction between map/boxes for the infobox. Also some no-no modifications to original modules to hide superadmin to clients.

7 weeks, two developers (mudska and myself)

And yes, I survived the DP learning curve, though at one point I came closed to crying out my frustration. Now I know why so few people share detailled info on their projects.
