It would be cool to create an interactive tutorial in GoJoinGo that helps the user understand how to create a group, how to make a friend, etc..
Something that would detect in My Home that if the user has no friends, no groups, no events, etc., an action would pop up somewhere like
"Do you want to know how to make a group?" or "Show me how to make a group."

When you click the action, text would replace the description in each "MY" page explaining how to execute that function step by step. And the tutorial would take you to each page highlighting the thing you need to do.

Don't know how easy or difficult it would be to do this in Drupal. The simple version could just be displaying the step-by-step directions on each page and then in the future, make the tutorial more interactive.
