I have to update a high volume site that has not been updated in quite a while. The site uses this module, but 5.x-1.0. What might I need to watch out for when bringing up-to-date?

The 5.x-2.0 branch was primarily introduced because of function name changes. That means if you don't access any transliteration_* functions directly from your (custom) code, the update should be straightforward.

Thanks. I have no idea if they do, but there is not that much custom code. I'm not even sure they are really using this yet.
