When you have more than one page of text area settings in the HTMLarea configuration section, setting the checkboxes for one page will clear the check boxes in the other page. Ergo, you can only have one page of checked items at a time.

Which version are you using, You should be using 1.21 or better which solves this problem. I have only done the fix in cvs and not the standard versions.
