Is there a way (module?) for easy within page menu creation ?

HI,
have a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_War_I
See the "Contents [hide]" menu that leads to various location within the page...... is it possible to do this easily with drupal ?
How ? Is there a specific module ?
