cant remove title of blocks in mini panels, when using system block

Thank you for the module.

Ive uploaded a block into a mini panel, and clicked to over ride title and left the field empty.

I put that mini panel in a page goto check the page everythings ok, I get my block without a title.

But then I change the style from no style to system block and the title of the block now gets displayed.

Ive tried to remove the title in the block settings by putting none in tags in the block title, ive tried this in a few themes. Still the titles being displayed.
