I have to update a high volume site that has not been updated in quite a while. The site uses this module, but 5.x-0.3-6. What might I need to watch out for when bringing it up-to-date?

That's a pretty old version. The data structure for configurations has changed significantly since then- I would make sure to make note of your configuration settings- some will not update correctly (ie, content types will not be set in some cases, depending on your module use). I would also strongly advise you to use a staging environment if you are not already.

This is a domain/server change, so it is effectively staged. Since I will be charging my time, I don't mind doing this in smaller jumps if that would work better.
