I am trying to set up the following scenario:
- I want Customers to be able to create, view and edit only the tickets they have created. They should not be
- able to view any tickets from any other users.
- I want new tickets automatically assigned to Support Staff.
I do not want each customer to have a it's own client
I thought maybe I could think of clients as "customer groups". Will that work? If yes can anyone give me some pointers on how to make it happen. I am willing to pay for support.

jeremy commentedPlease review INSTALL.txt for details on how to configure this module. In particular, pay attention to the "view other users tickets" permission -- don't grant this to users and the module will work as you describe.
