If people comment to my comment i dont get any email, i never got any email if I am quite frankly, and it should be like wordpress has so even non registered users would get comments notifications
why is that disabled, nobody registers on my site, they just want to quickly comment and they dont get and notifications on their email

feature requests aren't critical and assigning yourself the issue can make other developers skip over the issue as they think you are working on a patch.

You need to configure it for anonymous users to be able to use this. Please read the README.txt and report back about your settings and the behavior you see.

but at least i should get notifications if unregistered user comments? I never get any emails??

What do you see in admin/reports/dblog ? That will show if comment notify is trying to send mails. What are your _all_ of your settings?

but why dont you make areplica of WP commnets?
Where you can approve or delete all new comments in email, do you have plans to do that?

Approving or deleting of comments via e-mail would be the job for some other module. This module is only to provide notifications of new comments to node authors or node commenters.
