Milestone 3

This week I met with fago and started properly planning and discussing the options for the realisation of the desired functionalities. Based on this, I'll start to work on some prototypes for testing and evaluating the different variants, and to see whether there are some obstacles (or possibilities) that we haven't yet taken into account.
I also caught up on the apachesolr module's code.

SIREn still doesn't seem to be released, so #478116: Study available Solr enhancements remains postponed.
