Ajax Effect In Drupal

Hi guys,

I am wondering if drupal has such module that wordpress has. If you look at http://siasresearch.com/ , you can see that at the mainpage, there is an ajax image effect. I am sick of carousel not performing for me. Anyone has any ideas?

There are multiple slideshow type modules in the repo and one can also look into some jQuery type slideshows as well.

Guys thank you all for the response. I've had some problems with rotor but dynamic block display is outstanding...
