Hi!
I´ve posted a similar question at the matrix field issue queue, in the hope that this module could work with it, treating each table field as a unique value...

I haven't used the Matrix Field module, so I'm not sure how it would work with the Unique Field module.
However, in general, the Unique Field module tries to compare an entire field of one node to an entire field of another node. So if there are many different values within a single Matrix field, and you want to be able to tell whether each value within the field is unique, then the Unique Field module probably isn't quite going to work for you.
As you mention in the issue that you linked to, if you make a field for each value that you want to be unique, then the Unique Field module can compare these fields.
