Filter modue that can do this ?

Hi,
i'm looking for a filter module that will automatically link some specific terms from my node's texts to corresponding other node.
I found something that does this: http://drupal.org/project/freelinking

but you must specify the terms while you type (example, surround you term with [[]] ala wikipedia).

What i'm looking for is more something where you would define associations from an admin page, and have link automatically created on the fly on all pages.

Do you know a module like this ?
