How to create tabs in a block... Combining Views with jQuery...??

So I have a bunch of Views in blocks that I'd like to combine into a single block with tabs. How would you recommend I do something like that, with nice jQuery-ishness? (For an example, see the block on the right sidebar of this website and the screen-print attached.)
