Read more shows up although I am only using a title.

I want a simple scrolling text on my front page. I created a dedicated content type in which I only place a title. Goal is to have all the titles of this content type to scroll. That part works however behind every title (even if it is only 3 ch long) it shows "read more". Anyone any ideas how I can solve this.

you can omitte the read more line or make it as a comment from the module code
