A "project" for this module correlates to a project on Drupal.org. Due to the namespace problem, we need to come up with a unique name that defines this content type as something separate from an actual project.

A user will be able to create a new "project" with this module, and upload a file. The user will be able to define which version of Drupal the project is compatible with.

For system names, project module uses project_project, Simple committer should probably do simple_committer_project
