Have a user Role that inherits its permissions from default authenticated user. Using Content Access module. All role boxes should be unchecked w/ content access module but for some reason this particular role always appears as checked by default. How can I turn this off? Don't know where it came from. The answer is not in permissions or content type, checked them and they are set properly. Thx.

All authenticated users have the permissions set for the authenticated users, independently from the additional roles assigned to them. The authenticated users permissions are not only valid for the users who don't have a specific role, but for all the authenticated users.
