Description

At present I have two roles: Jobseeker & Employer

I would like Jobseeker to appear as the 'Default value' on the list rather than Employer

I understand that in creation of roles they are listed alphabetically but was interested to know if there was a way round this somewhere within the Apply for role module

The reason being there is likely to be more Jobseekers than Employers so I would like to make the sign up as user friendly as possible

Quick and Dirty workaround would be to use "A Jobseeker" and "An Employer"
