Some aggregator rss feeds dont show?

Just installed Drupal 6.1.2 on a CentOS 5x host. Aggregator module seems to show most rss feeds, but some do not. Some examples below:

http://www.earlham.edu/~peters/fos/atom.xml

http://www.whitehouse.gov/feed/blog/

Dont display?

Are only specific kinds of feeds supported?
