Update to Drupal 6.12 removed Viewfield functionality

Description
I recently Upgraded my Drupal from 6.10 to 6.12 and my Viewfields no longer work.
When I edit a Content type that was before using a viewfield and select manage fields, the "operations" column no longer has any data. it just says "Select List."
I've tried reinstalling viewfield and clearing site cache but I can't seem to get them to work now. Also, I am running Views version Views 6.x-2.5.
