Setting up Workflow under Triggers module

hi,

Using Drupal 5.x and in midst of setting up of triggers and actions. While setting up Workflow, i have created a new workflow called "Article Publication". I have mapped this workflow to the content type "story" and created states under the workflow.I have also provided the roles under the transitions (Draft, Review and approved).

Issue: -
While configuring the workflow under the triggers module i need to assign the actions to the workflow triggers as follows: -

When story moves from creation to review it should notify the editor and author.
similarly actions are to be created for other triggers.

But when i go to assign as above in the drop down box it only shows node..Change workflow state of post to next state. In the drop down it should show forum administrator, placate author etc.

Please help
