Hi,

Can anybody explains me how to use htmlarea to insert and upload images? I cannot figure out how it works. I have installed htmlarea, image module, even upload module (in case of), and I have activated some htmlarea plugins. (don't remember which ones, but all with the name "image" in them.

Then I start a story, I click on image stuff, and I click browse for the image, I select my image, then I click on upload, I have an other window which shows up, and now back to the previous window, and nothing more. In url I have a weird stuff such as ?q=/view or something like that, and I can see my image nowhere.

Thanks...

I can't really follow what happens here.. (and it was a while since I installed this, but I do have it working on several sites)

Can you se your existing image galleries, and the images in the image manager dialog?

I have no gallery yet, but in the class dropdown menu, I have nothing... and how to create a gallery? I should do this in administer with image module?

Yes, I think you have to create an image gallery. This is where htmlarea looks for images and this is where it tries to upload your images..

First you have to configure the image module, ie set the default image path under administer > settings > image.

Create new image galleries under administer > image galleries
