Description
Sometimes you need these actions, e.g. to delete the obsolete/duplicate messages or fix entry formatting. What do you think?

This could be really usefull. For that matter a whole inline ajaxy journal editing tool may be usefull as well. I imagine the following functionality: reordering entries, editing messages, and delete entries.

I can definitely see the utility in edit/delete. The use case for reorder isn't quite as clear. If/when these get implemented it would be a good idea to have separate permission(s) for edit/delete since there will be times when the "lead administrator" will want her helpers to be able to make journal entries but not be able to edit/delete them.
