works - and hides the payment details well but with ubercart 2.x the user never receives (in my case) the downloadable file link email. As soon as I put it back to £1 it comes through - same with a shippable product no confirmation emails. May just be a tweak regarding Conditional actions

my mistake - it just took longer to receive but it did arrive so working well - great addition - thanks
