It would be a good feature if we can change the primary menu in a section, is there any module to let´s do that???

Maybe you are searching for menu_block_split... otherwise you can use sections template suggestion for this. Simply add a different theme() call in your sections page-sections-[n].tpl.php... hope this works for you.
