Support for Drupal 7 is ending on 5 January 2025—it’s time to migrate to Drupal 10! Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.
I understand that Tracker 2 is the module used to provide the "Track User" feature on Drupal.org (for instance, http://drupal.org/user/339326/track) - is that correct?
It would be tremendously useful to provide an RSS feed of this page that could indicate when there are new replies to your issues. I believe #44178: Patch to add RSS feeds to tracker.module may be related, though the patch is for a different module and I'm not sure the intent is exactly the same.

ChrisBryant CreditAttribution: ChrisBryant commented+1 for this as per the very old issue #44178: Patch to add RSS feeds to tracker.module

SeanBannister CreditAttribution: SeanBannister commented+1 I'd REALLY appreciate this, it would greatly improve community involvement if we could get notified when there were new comments.

helmo CreditAttribution: helmo commented+1 It would most certainly improve the response time to issue updates.

Dane Powell CreditAttribution: Dane Powell commentedWhat's the status on this? I'm surprised that so few have expressed interest in it, considering what a huge impact it could have on ease and speed of development. Is there another issue out there on this or something? (Besides the one above that is aiming for 8.x - not really helpful for getting this implemented on D.O)

xjmTracking. I hate having to remember to go to my track page and then click on every darn "new" or "updated" link only to see "+1" or other such.

John Pitcairn CreditAttribution: John Pitcairn commented+1 on that. Changed title and component to better reflect the request.
I'd also like to see an rss feed implemented across all posts, ie at /tracker.

achtonPretty amazing that this is still missing. First mention was back here: http://drupal.org/node/7474
Comment #17
xjmIt's not at all amazing. No one who wants the feature has tried to work on it. :) +1 doesn't write any code. (Also, for some including myself, the dashboard improvements and death of subscribe comments probably make this less of a priority.)
donquixote CreditAttribution: donquixote commentedDashboard is nice, but I still would be interested.
I still have to open drupal.org in my browser every time i want to check for new replies. (and i don't want to spam my email account, even if that was possible, with this type of notifications)
I imagine people (like myself) hesitate, because (among other things) they don't really know what stack of modules is being used on drupal.org, and what they need to do to have their patch or improvement accepted. I remember other discussions, where features were denied, even though a module did already exist. (for good reasons, such as performance, etc)
EDIT:
I think the job of the people who are running d.o. would be to turn these feature requests into technical tasks for specific modules, which can then be picked up by others.

xjmOh, and for those who might not yet be participating in the exploration of what Drupal.org features to prioritize and possibly fund through the DA, this is discussed at:
