Hi, thanks again for this great module. I know I've asked previously for this feature, but I would be extremely grateful if it could be made possible...

I'm becoming increasingly anxious that workmates / friends are visiting my sites , from locations which I've logged into my Adsense account from (eg Work etc). While I have warned them against clicking my ads, I really do not want to risk losing my account because of one of the less savvy indivduals not realising what they were clicking on while browsing my sites. I have strived to keep every part of my adsense activity 100% compliant with the TOS, and it's a little unnerving to have my future earning potential in the hands of colleagues.

If there was some simple way to block ads from appearing on a handful of specified IP addresses, this would solve this problem for me. I realise there is already the blocking of ads for the admin account, which is a good start, but obviously my workmates around my office are not logged in as admin, or at all.

You can add your friends to a new role (e.g. called "friends"), and give that role the "hide adsense" permission.

Hi, sorry to be a pain, but the problem with this is that my workmates / friends / family don't actually want accounts, and wouldn't bother to login if they had them in any case. They simply are idly browsing sites which I have created. I can't see any way around this other than blocking specific IPs, but I cannot program, so am unable to create my own solution.

If you're not wanting to create a code snippet to enable this possiblity, perhaps you could point me in the right direction? I'm certain it would be useful to others using this handy module.

Is it likely to be a complicated solution?

I am not sure I am following any more.

Are these people on the same IP address as you, and therefore you fear that if they click, Google would think that it is you?

If they are on other IP addresses, then it is not an issue.

If you still want this to be done, it cannot be a generic solution that is useful to others.

This is why I am reluctant to do it. That, and the lack of time of course.
