When I create a new image node, I can set the book outline right up until the time I specify the image file to upload. After that, if I try to select a book, I get "An HTTP Error 0 occurred. /book/js/form". Once the image has been uploaded, I can again select the book without error. Suggestions?

Same here, for a book page that was part of a book that for some reason disappeared.
