How can I change the 'from' email address that the registration emails sent to my new users uses?

My new users receive their registration confirmation emails as from hostinguser@hostingcompany.com and I want them to receive it from 'registrar@sportsinterhosts.com'.

I can't see where I change this.

I know this is an old thread but just in case you haven't found the answer you set the FROM field here: /admin/settings/site-information
