I then went ahead and created a block with the code from google, and it showed up as it should BUT doesn't really do much, it didn't integrate at all with the Drupal user system, I was still loged out and the only difference was that I could invite my google friends.
Does this module suppoused to create a user account for a user that logs in with his google account (like FBconnect) ?
what is this module suppoused to do that the hand made block didn't ?

dave reidRight now it only integrates with comment forms. We're adding support for login forms and more features directly in the module.
