Hi everyone and a happy new year.....

I have some problems with the feedback module,,,
It does'nt give any error but when a mail is sent it says "mail sent" but no mail is received....

I work on drupal on an intranet server...our office has a seperate e-mail system

Ex : mailid@officeaddress.com....

i have specified the administrator address as the above kind :mailid@officeaddress.com

So is it that since i am on an intranet the e-mail doesn't go or is it that some extra changes in the code is suggested...I have drupal 4.2 release and feback module is of the same version...

Some one please help as they expect me to finish it in the next two days..

Make sure you have an SMTP server running and that PHP is configured properly. More information can be found on the PHP website at http://www.php.net/mail.

I am really sorry about the title,next time i'll see to that i don't repeat it..That's a promise..

Hey,I went through the info at php dot net and i checked the php.ini file...
It says [For win32 only] for the SMTP settings....I am using a linux system ...

What should i exactly give there..
Is it "mycompanyna,me.com" instead of the "localhost" ... am i right..
And what should i give in the port number... i am totally new to Linux and Php ...
