I'm not entirely sure how to name the title so I'll elaborate here.

I have 2 module permissions: "forum moderator 2" and "forum moderator 25".
What I've found, is that adding a roles to "forum moderator 25" also adds that role to the "forum moderator 2" permission group aswell.

I'm presuming that this is a bug, as it really shouldn't happen like this. If this has been submitted before, I apologise, but I'm not actually sure what to search for :/

I tested this in HEAD with the same values. Could not reproduce.

Downgrading.
